In a bowl add wheat flour,salt and make dough by adding required amount of water
set a side meanwhile in a pan add oil when gets heated add finely chopped onions and saute them
when onions turn translucent add boiled and mashed potatoes
After potatoes get slightly fried add garam masala, jeera powder,coriander powder,salt and chilly powder
saute for 2min and turn off flame
take dough and make small balls out of them
roll them using rolling pin a little and add the potato mixture in the center and cease it and roll it again in required size
heat pan and place this rolled chapati and fry both sides
For masala curry
In a pan dry roast peanuts and allow them to cool
Now dry roast sesame seeds and coco ut separately and allow them to cool
Transfer above mixture to a processor and make fine paste
In a pan add oil and add finely chopped onions and fry them
Now add the above made paste and fry till oil oozes out
Add salt, red chilly powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and saute for a minute
Add water and adjust consistency and boil for 5min
Later switch off flame and add coriander and serve with parota
